特朗普签行政令：美国政府全面封杀「Fake AI」

特朗普正式向全世界宣告了这一决定。他上台发言说「Artificial就像新闻一样，Fake news！」

The accurate terminology should be machine’s self intelligence. It is trivial for machines to outperform human beings. In fact, we are surrounded by many super machines, which include cars, buses, vehicles, ships, trains, airplanes, etc. Should we change car to super car, ship to super ship, airplane to super airplane? The answer is probably not!
