Dear Dr. Xie,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to you on behalf of the Universal Scientific Education and Research Network (USERN), representing Professor Tommaso Dorigo, President of USERN, and Professor Nima Rezaei, Founder of USERN.

USERN was established with the mission of bringing together scientists from all over the world, ranging from the top 1% of leading experts to promising young researchers. We are honored to be governed and guided by an Advisory Board comprising more than 600 members, including 20 Nobel and Abel Laureates, who are recognized among the worlds top scientists based on the ESI indicators.

Following a global search for distinguished young scientists, we are pleased to inform you that you have been nominated to apply for the USERN Prize 2026. This nomination is based on your scientific profile and your recent publications in high-ranking journals over the past two years.

The USERN Prize is an international award annually bestowed upon outstanding scientists or researchers under the age of 40, in recognition of their innovative achievements and contributions to scientific education, research, or service to humanity. The prize honors excellence in the following five scientific fields:

*       Formal Sciences

*       Physical and Chemical Sciences

*       Biological Sciences

*       Medical Sciences

*       Social Sciences

If you are eligible and interested, we kindly invite you to complete the application form by June 15 via the following link:

usern.org/prize

After registering on the USERN website, the prize application process will begin. Please make sure that your personal and academic profile is fully completed in your USERN account before submitting the prize application. After the initial submission, you will receive two confirmation emails: a confirmation of successful registration, and an email containing a PowerPoint file to be completed as part of the application process.

Please note that this prize is exclusively designed for applicants under the age of 40, and meeting the age requirement is mandatory. If you are over the age of 40, we would sincerely appreciate it if you could introduce eligible colleagues or students who may be interested in being considered as nominees.

After collecting all applications, an international jury consisting of the worlds top 1% scientists, including Nobel and Abel Laureates, will review and evaluate the submissions. Through a direct voting process, five USERN Laureates will be selected in each of the five scientific fields.

The 11th International USERN Congress and USERN Prize Awarding Festival will be held on November 810, 2026, in Astana, Kazakhstan. As a token of appreciation, each laureate will receive a total award of USD 5,000.

The USERN Prize includes:

* A USD 3,000 cash award, consisting of a USD 2,000 cash prize presented during the USERN 2026 Awarding Festival, along with a travel grant of up to USD 1,000 to support attendance at the USERN Congress 2026.

* A USD 2,000 USERN Grant dedicated to establishing an active USERN Interest Group, aimed at supporting the promotion and dissemination of your scientific activities and outputs. This grant may be awarded during one of the upcoming USERN Congresses between 2026 and 2028.

To date, 50 young scientists from the following countries have been introduced as USERN Prize Laureates for their outstanding contributions to science:
