Dear Members,

On behalf of the Robotics Society of Singapore (RSS), I am pleased to 
invite you to our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This session is a 
vital opportunity for us to review our progress over the past year and 
shape the strategic direction of our society for the future.

* Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Light refreshments, including coffee, tea, and snacks, will be served 
during the session.

* 2:00 pm | Part 1: Official Business
- Confirmation of Minutes: Review and approval of the 2025 AGM minutes.
- President’s Report: A summary of society achievements and key 
milestones in 2025/2026.
- Financial & Tax Report: Presentation of annual financial statements 
and tax compliance updates.
- Council Election: Election and announcement of the RSS Council for the 
2026/2027 term.

*  2:30 pm | Part 2: “Members & Friends” – Strategic Discussions
- RSS Website Enhancement: We will discuss updates to our official 
website, specifically focusing on how to feature corporate members' 
profiles and showcase your latest products.
- Education Sector Expansion: A strategic dialogue on broadening the 
reach of RSS in robotics and ROS-Industrial education.
- Other Topics: An open floor for members to share feedback and new 
suggestions.
